What constitutes good overall health? Well, there are a lot of things that you can do that will lead you to better health Today’s article will provide you with some simple steps to better health for men, so do read the rest of it if you are really concern with premature ejaculation symptoms.

1.Create Good Memories

According to a study made by Michael Norton, a School professor from Harvard Business School, he said that the money that is spent not on material things but on lasting experiences such as fancy dinners and family vacations may have a more lasting and good impact on a person’s overall health. At least, that is what 57% of the respondents said so.

The good thing about spending money this way is that you can reminisce the experience that you get and it would still make you happy the same way it did at the original event.

2.Have a Higher Purpose

Men are achievers and they define themselves by the things that they’ve achieved all through their life. If they are unable to achieve something, it would lead them to depression that will often result in negative behaviors such as drinking too much and other health complications.

For you to stay away from that trend, definite a good purpose for your life. Serving others and provide a better future for other people are two good things that you can aim for.

3.Get 7 Hours of Sleep

There is new research that suggests that the magic number that men should aim for when it comes to sleep is 7 hours. When you reach this number, you will not only feel invigorated but you will also feel so much better as well (not to mention that your body is adept at fighting any infections when you get enough shut-eye).

4.Build Muscle Even Later in Life

A lot of people believe that you can only build muscle when you’re young, that is actually far from the truth. In fact, if you have a more sedentary lifestyle by the age of 50, you might find it hard to do simple tasks that involve any form of lifting since not doing resistance training would often lead to muscle loss.

So, even if you are in your 50s, go lift some weights. This is backed by the American Journal of Medicine. So go out there and lift those weights!

5.Cultivate New Friendships

Most men do not forge new relationships as much as women do and this can lead to them being more depressed later in life. Form new friendships and relationships with others as it can improve your mental, as well as your physical health.

6.Add Turmeric

Turmeric has an antioxidant called Curcumin which can help men prevent prostate cancers. India has this as part of their traditional cuisine, but you can also add them to your foods as well.

7.Beer is Good

Now, before you chug an entire gallon of beer, I want you to listen first. A 2013 report that was published by the International Journal of Endocrinology states that the hops and barley that is present in beer can help strengthen your bones.

However, keep in mind that this study only encourages you to drink up to 2 bottles of beer, so do not consume too much.
